2. Purposes of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to take actions necessary for the execution of your inquiry, for marketing purposes and for the performance of the contract.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of the personal data you have provided will be based on your freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), and also if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract which the data subject is a party to or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The data will also be able to be processed regardless of the consent given, if this is required by the legitimate interest of the Controller, e.g. in connection with the realization of possible claims which the Controller may raise and which may be raised against the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Legitimate interests of the Controller
The legitimate interest of the Controller is to carry out marketing activities on its own behalf and to execute possible claims which the Controller may raise against third parties and which may be raised against the Controller.
5. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will be made available only to authorized entities, in particular to authorized employees of the Controller. Data will also be transferred to entities contracted by the Controller to provide services related to the processing of personal data:

Such entities process data on the basis of a contract concluded with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
7. Storage period of your personal data
We will store your personal data until you withdraw your consent to its processing. With regard to marketing activities, the Controller will process your data until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing content from the Controller via a specific communication channel or until you file an objection. Personal data processed in connection with the handling of your inquiry will be stored by the Controller for the time necessary to provide you with a comprehensive response or for the time necessary to defend and protect claims. We will also store your data if the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. As soon as your personal data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or anonymized to the extent possible.
8. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data
You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Your consent to data processing may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal, or where the Controller processes data on a different basis than your consent.

9. Voluntariness of providing personal data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the inquiry from the contact form or to conclude a contract with the Controller.
10. Profiling
The Controller does not profile your personal information. The Controller does not intend to use your personal data for purely automated decision-making processes, nor does the Controller intend to process your personal data automatically for the purpose of determining and evaluating certain personal factors, including, but not limited to, analyzing or forecasting aspects of your work performance, your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movement.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Controller reserves the right to change, modify, supplement or delete the contents of this Privacy Policy within a period and to the extent subject to the Controller’s discretion, in particular when new rights and obligations arise. Changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
