St. Paul’s Developments – a company operating on the British market for almost 30 years. It is known for its ambitious and challenging projects, including the development of the original cortonwood mine in Rotherham or the development of office buildings and industrial spaces of the former Brookfields mines

St. Paul’s Developments has become well known in Poland after the revitalisation of the 19th century fire house, developed jointly with Armada Business Park. The project received the „Modernisation of the year” award back in 2000. Later, in 2009, the company completed its first class A office building in Łódź, Textorial Park, which in turn, was awarded the title of „The most important investment in 2008”.
