Textorial Park Receives BREEAM Certification Again

Textorial Park has once again been recognised with the prestigious BREEAM certification. As the first office complex in Poland to certify space within a revitalised historic building, we continue to meet rigorous environmental benchmarks more than a decade later.

We are delighted to announce that the buildings of the Textorial Park office and service complex have once again received the prestigious BREEAM certification.

The complex achieved a “Very Good” rating in the Asset Performance category and a “Good” rating in the Management Performance category.

It is worth noting that Textorial Park was the first property in Poland to certify office space within a revitalised historic building. Twelve years later, our office and service campus at Księży Młyn continues to meet the rigorous standards set by BREEAM.

These certifications confirm our commitment to environmental responsibility and high management standards. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this success.
